All basketball players must work on their ball handling. It is what helps players learn to control and attack with the ball. It is hard for a player to score without any ball handling ability. This workout takes players through the progression of stationary to scoring. When working on one’s “handles” this a usually the best way to start. A player wants to be able to control and manipulate the ball with games moves before adding any movement of the feet.
