2011 was capped off with Spartan Basketball’s Christmas Basketball Camp in San Antonio. The three day event helped over 40 players add value to their game. Tons of skill development training, classroom sessions on character development, and even a film study of Chris Paul of the Los Angeles Clippers.

1.) Must be a good teacher of the fundamentals and strategies of the sport.
2.) Must understand the student/athlete, including growth, development, psychosocial
3.) Must understnad the game: techniques, strategies, rules, etc.
4.) Must have a desireable perosnality and character, be patient, understanding, honest, ethical, good communicator, energetic, etc.
