This is from my apartment complex this morning…

I have been looking for new ways to expand on my cardiovascular training segment for my own workouts… everyone always complains about not having anywhere to workout. You have to make your own circumstances!

Here is a 15 minute cardiovascular/plyometric workout I did in the pool this morning…

4 x 40 Meter Sprints – 30 second rest in between

2 x 50 High Knees – 15 second rest in between

2 x 10 Squat Jumps – 15 second rest in between

THIS IS A KILLER WORKOUT! You think running sprints or on the treadmill can get you going? Try this and you will be fighting for breath!
