Services for Players
Workouts focus on getting mass repetitions for each player. Although teaching is done, the flow of the training is very progressive. This is great for players needing to get a lot of shots in or handle the ball a lot. Most workouts average over 300 shots per session and 500 dribbles. Each clinic comes with a take home workout so that the player can continue to develop from the training.

Seasonal and Summer Camps

G.U.N. Shooting Sessions
The G.U.N. shooting machine is one the greatest advancements in skill development technology. Spend an hour with a certified Spartan Basketball coach utilizing the efficiency of the machine. Workouts have reached as much as 800 shots in one hour workouts.
Recommended for shooters with a developed jump shot.

The most effective way to progress a player’s game. Recommended for older players but not limited to. Players spend a minimum of one hour with certified Spartan skills coach. Recent performance is discussed, pre planned workouts, and home workouts for carry over from workout.
