Payment & Cancellation Policy


Payment Policy

Registration and Fees:

a. All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information.

b. Training fees are determined based on the selected program, duration, and any additional services.

c. Payment can be made through our designated online payment portal, cash, or any other method as agreed upon.

d. Although no contracts, all training is on a month to month basis. That commitment applies to both paid in full and bi weekly payment options. Refunds will not be processed for anyone cancelling before their committed month is complete.

Payment Schedule:

a. Full payment for the selected training program is required prior to the commencement of the training sessions. Training options are on auto draft set up for everyone.

b. If you opt for installment payments, the agreed-upon payment schedule must be followed strictly.

c. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or cancellation of your training sessions.

Refunds and Credits:

a. Refunds will be granted according to the following conditions:

i. If a cancellation request is received at least two days before the training program starts, a full refund will be provided, minus any administrative fees.

ii. Cancellations made less than two days prior to the start of the training program will not be eligible for a refund.

b. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed training sessions or classes that have already commenced. The only exception will be is if the parent and/or player has communicated that they will be missing beforehand.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by the Participant:

a. If you wish to cancel your participation in the training program, you must notify us in writing or through the appropriate communication channel.

b. Cancellation requests of continual training is to be received at least two weeks before the next training month starts. At that point you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.

c. Cancellation requests made less than two weeks prior to the start of the training program will not be eligible for a refund.

d. Cancellation by the Basketball Training Business:

a. In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a training session or program, we will provide you with as much notice as possible.

b. If we cancel a training session or program, you will have the option to receive a refund for the canceled session(s) or transfer the payment as credit towards future sessions.

Weather and Force Majeure:

a. In the case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions.

b. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes or cancellations in such situations.
